Antique Victorian 1883-1884 sterling silver rimmed glass jewellery pot. The top of the box is made from sterling silver in 1883 as indicated by a Lion, Cat and letter 'i' hallmarks. The makers mark says HP&S, Henry Perkins & Son of London. The cut glass has a criss-cross design interspersed with stars around the piece, with a star at the base.

The box measures 5.7cm / 2.2" in length and 3.5cm / 1.4" in height.

CONDITION:

The pot is in good condition, the silver rim has some ageing marks.
